Getting Support

For help with issues that are specific to the CONVERGE Horizon platform, email horizon@convergecfd.com. This includes platform crashes and bugs, node provisioning errors, and CLI errors. If the issue is related to a specific job, batch, file system, space, or workstation, include the relevant ID in your email. Also include a copy of the horizon.log file, if applicable.

For help with issues that are specific to the CONVERGE application, email support@convergecfd.com. This includes solver crashes, solver bugs, and case setup issues.

To request additional credits, renew your subscription, or get help with billing questions, contact your Convergent Science representative. When logged in to CONVERGE Horizon, you can find their email address under your subscription on the Billing page. If you can’t find this information, email sales@convergecfd.com.
