update

Check for updates to the CONVERGE Horizon CLI.

Usage

horizon update [options]

Options

This command supports the general CLI options in addition to those listed below.

--force, -f

Force checking for updates from the server. This provides a way to re-check for updates if version information is currently stored in the cache. If you use this option together with --install, the latest version of the CLI will be installed or downloaded even if it is your current installed version.

--install, -i

Install (on Linux/macOS) or download (on Windows) the latest version. If you are running the CLI on Linux or macOS, your executable will be updated to the new version automatically. If you are running the CLI on Windows, the latest executable will be downloaded to your computer, and you must manually replace the old executable with the new executable.
