There are two options for cloud storage on CONVERGE Horizon: file systems and spaces. We recommend file systems for most users because they enable faster job turnaround and support a wider range of workflows.

Pricing details are available at convergecfd.com. While the storage costs for file systems and spaces are the same, file systems incur an additional monthly hardware fee for the virtual machine to which the file system is mounted.

For a large team with a high volume of jobs, file systems are more cost-efficient than spaces because the overall cost savings from faster turnaround exceed the additional hardware fee. For a small team with low throughput, spaces are the lower-cost option.
