Check Workstation Status¶

Go to Workstations to check the status of a workstation. By default, only your own workstations from the past week are listed here. You can adjust the filters at the top right to list workstations based on other criteria, such as specific owners or statuses.

The workstation statuses are defined as shown below. You can see more detailed information about a workstation’s current status in the workstation log. If a workstation is not progressing as expected, you can visit status.convergecfd.com/status/horizon for real-time information about the status of CONVERGE Horizon and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services.

Pending:

CONVERGE Horizon has created the workstation and is requesting a node from the cloud provider.

Provisioning:

CONVERGE Horizon is provisioning the node allocated by the cloud provider. This includes software installation and configuration.

Online:

The workstation is ready for use. You can connect to the workstation to run pre- and post-processing applications.

Deleting:

CONVERGE Horizon is deleting the workstation.

Deleted:

The workstation has been deleted, either because the time limit was reached or because a user deleted it.
